Prism Foundation was launched in 1990 by Mrs.Padmaja Godbole. With a burning desire to broaden the horizons of children with special needs, Mrs.Godbole lovingly planted this sapling with the assistance of Mr.Y.G.Patwardhan and Late Mrs.Madhavi Ogale.

Over the years, the Prism family has nurtured it into a strong, shady banyan tree with four flourishing branches - Phoenix, LARC, MOVS and Bennu - each with specific purpose.
